1. Data that may reach us
When you browse Vemetto, basic technical data may reach the server, such as the requested page, browser type, time of visit, the IP address used to deliver the request, and error information. This helps us run and protect the site and diagnose faults. You do not need an account just to read content.
When you use Vemetto Connect or contact us, you choose what to send, such as your name, message and topic. The system may add non-sensitive context such as the current page, device type and referral source to help us understand your question. We never ask for passwords, card numbers or banking details in chat.
2. Cookies and local storage
The site may use your browser's local storage to save simple preferences such as comfort mode or notification settings. Some external services we use may set cookies for operation, measurement, security or personalisation under their own policies.
3. Google advertising and cookies
When Google AdSense ads are enabled on Vemetto, Google and its partners may use cookies or similar technologies to serve ads, measure their performance and prevent abuse. Some ads may be based on a user's previous visits to this or other websites, depending on account settings, region and required consent. Vemetto's publisher ID is ca-pub-4506310997849530.
You can manage ad personalisation in Google Ads Settings and control cookies in your browser. Vemetto does not sell visitor data to advertisers, does not ask users to click ads or reward them for it, and does not show ads on private chat or support pages.
4. External links
Vemetto links to external services such as YouTube, Amazon, Noon, Webook, Visit Saudi and knowledge sources. Once you leave Vemetto, the privacy policy of that service applies. We try to make external destinations clear. Vemetto does not send your password or card details to these services.
5. Notifications
Browser notifications only work after you grant permission in your browser, and you can revoke it at any time in your browser's site settings.
6. Retention and security
We keep information needed for operation or contact only as long as its purpose requires and aim to minimise data. No internet service is risk-free, so we treat security as an ongoing process, including limiting permissions, protecting keys and never placing secrets in public front-end files.
7. Your rights
You can ask us to correct or delete contact details you sent us where we hold them, and you can revoke notification permission in your browser.
8. Contact
For privacy, content or advertising questions, see our contact page. The Arabic version of this policy is the original.
